Our Story

Aadirang — from aadi (beginning) and rang (colour): the beginning of new colours.

We started Aadirang with a simple frustration: it was getting hard to find everyday fabrics that felt honest. Prints that fade after three washes, "cotton" that isn't, colours picked by an algorithm. We wanted the other thing — chanderi that catches light the way it should, block prints done the slow way, bed linen you stop noticing because it just feels right.

Every piece in our catalog is chosen in small batches. We photograph the actual fabric, name the actual colours, and tell you exactly how many are left — because when there are only three of something, that's worth knowing.

We're a small operation and we like it that way. Orders are packed by hand, confirmed personally, and if something isn't right we'd rather hear it from you directly.
