1. About us

Aadirang ("we", "us") sells curated apparel, bed linen and accessories through aadirang.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our pieces are handloom and hand-finished. Small irregularities in weave, print and colour are the nature of the craft, not defects. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the fabric — we photograph actual products in natural light to keep this gap small.

3. Pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Stock counts shown on product pages are live at the time the page was published; in the rare case an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we'll tell you before taking payment forward and offer an alternative or a full refund of anything paid.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by us on WhatsApp (+91 88793 41461) or phone. Payment is by UPI to deepti.agarwal8-2@okaxis — either before placing the order (share the UTR reference) or after we confirm availability. An order is accepted only once we confirm it; until then it's a request.

5. Shipping & returns

Dispatch, delivery timelines, damages and size exchanges are covered inShipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp. Once shipped, the returns policy applies instead.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, text, the Aadirang name and logo — belongs to us. Please don't reuse it commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're a small, careful operation — if something goes wrong, talk to us first; we fix things.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
