Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days depending on your pincode. You'll receive the tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed along with your order — we'll always tell you the final amount before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery (photos help) and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

For size exchanges on apparel: unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days, subject to stock. Handloom fabrics can have small irregularities — that's the nature of the loom, not a defect.

Payment verification

We verify every UPI payment reference manually before dispatch. If anything doesn't match, we'll contact you before taking any other step.
