What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode and — if you've already paid — your UPI transaction reference. When you send feedback we collect what you type in the form. That's it. No accounts, no passwords.

Where it lives

Orders and feedback are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the two people who run Aadirang. Your cart and delivery address are also saved in your own browser's local storage — on your device, never sent anywhere until you place an order — so you don't have to retype them next time.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order: confirming it on WhatsApp, verifying payment, shipping, and the occasional "how was it?" message. We don't run ads, we don't sell or share your data with anyone, and we don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Third parties involved

The site is served by Cloudflare; orders pass through Google's Apps Script to reach our Sheet; conversations happen on WhatsApp. Each of those services has its own privacy policy covering data in transit through them.

Your choices

Want your details deleted from our records? One message on WhatsApp (+91 88793 41461) or an email tohello@aadirang.com and it's done. Clearing your browser storage removes the locally saved cart and address at any time.
